As a Nashville native, I have enjoyed all that this great city has to offer. My primary focus centers around Davidson County real estate, NASHVILLE NEIGHBORHOODS and NASHVILLE LOFTS. I keep up-to-the-minute on happenings in our "hot" markets like Downtown, Mid-town, the Gulch, West End, Music Row, 12-South and the Germantown communities, but I also have strong ties and knowledge of areas such as East Nashville, Inglewood, Madison, Donelson, Hermitage, Old Hickory, all parts of Antioch and Cane Ridge, Brentwood, Oak Hill, Forest Hills, Green Hills, West Nashville and Belle Meade. I currently make my "nest" in Berry Hill with all the convenience it affords, but I am looking forward to a move to downtown's Rolling Mill Hill in 2009. I've personally invested in rental property, rehabbed and "flipped" properties. I have wonderful relocation resources and love working with first-time buyers. I've worked as a full time Realtor^® for the past five years. In that time my business has grown to a scale that limits my time as to only be able to serve Davidson county clients.
